All payments made for hotel accommodations, transport services, and tour packages are non-refundable. This applies to cancellations, no-shows, or any changes made by the client after the booking has been confirmed.
2. Mutual Agreement Exception
Refunds may only be considered under exceptional circumstances and solely at the discretion of [Company Name], subject to a mutual agreement between the client and the company. Any agreed-upon refund will be processed in accordance with the terms established during the mutual agreement.
3. Amendments to Bookings

4. Force Majeure

However, such situations do not automatically entitle the client to a refund.
5. Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for ensuring that all travel documents, permits, and arrangements are in order prior to their trip. Failure to meet these requirements does not constitute grounds for a refund.
