1. No Refund Policy

All payments made for hotel accommodations, transport services, and tour packages are non-refundable. This applies to cancellations, no-shows, or any changes made by the client after the booking has been confirmed.

2. Mutual Agreement Exception

Refunds may only be considered under exceptional circumstances and solely at the discretion of [Company Name], subject to a mutual agreement between the client and the company. Any agreed-upon refund will be processed in accordance with the terms established during the mutual agreement.

3. Amendments to Bookings

Clients who wish to make changes to their bookings are encouraged to contact us as soon as possible. While we will make every effort to accommodate changes, any alterations may be subject to additional charges or penalties.

4. Force Majeure

In cases of force majeure (unforeseen events such as natural disasters, political instability, etc.), refunds or changes may be offered at the discretion of Island Leisure Lanka in consultation with our service providers, such as hotels and transport operators. However, such situations do not automatically entitle the client to a refund.

5. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for ensuring that all travel documents, permits, and arrangements are in order prior to their trip. Failure to meet these requirements does not constitute grounds for a refund.

Terms and Conditions – Australia Tour of Sri Lanka 2025

  1. Introduction
    • These terms and conditions govern the purchase of match and hospitality packages from Island Leisure Lanka (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
    • By purchasing a package, the customer (“you”) agrees to these terms and conditions.
  2. Package Inclusions
    • Each package includes match tickets, hospitality services, and any additional inclusions explicitly stated in the package description.
    • Travel, accommodation, and other personal expenses are not included unless specified.
  3. Booking and Payment
    • All bookings are subject to availability.
    • Full payment or a deposit, as specified, is required to confirm your booking.
    • Full payments must be done within 5 working days of receiving the invoice.
    • Failure to complete payment may result in the cancellation of your booking.
  4. Pricing
    • All prices are quoted in United States Dollars (USD) and inclusive of all applicable taxes.
  5. Cancellation Policy
    • Cancellations must be communicated in writing to Island Leisure Lanka.
    • Cancellation charges will apply as follows:
      • More than 30 days before the event: 25% of the total package cost.
      • 15-30 days before the event: 50% of the total package cost.
      • Less than 15 days before the event: 100% of the total package cost.
  6. Refund Policy
    • Refunds will be processed in accordance with the cancellation policy.
    • No refunds will be issued for partial attendance or unused services.
    • In the event of match cancellation by Sri Lanka Cricket or force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest), Island Leisure Lanka will work with Sri Lanka Cricket to facilitate partial refunds or alternative arrangements. Any refunds will be subject to administrative fees and third-party policies of Sri Lanka Cricket.

 

  1. Transferability
    • Packages are non-transferable unless approved by Island Leisure Lanka in writing.
  2. Match and Venue Changes
    • Island Leisure Lanka is not responsible for changes to match schedules, venues, or seating arrangements by Sri Lanka Cricket.
    • We will endeavor to notify you of any such changes promptly and offer alternative options if available.
  3. Customer Responsibilities
    • Customers are responsible for providing accurate information during the booking process.
    • Customers must comply with venue regulations and conduct themselves in a respectful manner.
  4. Liability
    • Island Leisure Lanka is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage incurred during the event unless caused by our gross negligence.
    • We are not responsible for third-party service failures.

 

Refund Policy

  1. Eligibility for Refunds
    • Refunds are issued in accordance with the cancellation policy outlined above.
    • In cases of event cancellation or significant changes by Sri Lanka Cricket, partial refunds may be processed after administrative fees are deducted.
  2. Refund Process
    • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to Island Leisure Lanka with your booking details.
    • Approved refunds will be processed within 30 business days.
    • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
  3. Non-Refundable Items
    • Administrative fees, bank charges, and other non-recoverable costs are non-refundable.
    • Any ancillary services booked independently of the package are excluded from refunds.
